Why I made Kroto:
I have always been learning skills through creators and educators online, who helped me get to my first internship and the next 3 after that and I realized the Universities are mostly dead and these creators and educators are the ones filling the gap between the industry needs and fresher's skills. But when I decided to build my own YouTube channel and start creating educational content I faced a lot of problems which I am trying to solve using Kroto.

On the marketing side, we help authors by letting them do a presale and generate money before they commit many hours to making their course. And we also give free marketing and sales guidance to incoming creators!

Simplifying course creation and providing tools for courses, events, ebooks, and coaching is fantastic. Could you share more about the AI features that assist in course creation and how Kroto differentiates itself from other e-learning platforms in the market?
@tornike_tsiramua1 Thank you so much, man, here are the ways that Kroto differs from other players:
- Normal video courses are not gonna cut it because only 13% of the courses bought are ever finished, Creators need to add interactivity to the course and it has to be frictionless otherwise the effort is not worth it. Currently, creators would need to resort to multiple platforms to add interactivity.
- AI is being used by creators to generate content, but the traditional way of creating courses doesn't align with this workflow, our block editor makes the generation of the whole chapter with simple text prompts possible. This makes the process insanely fast and creators need insanely fast.
- MCQs and Text content after a video is not the way interactivity is done, interactivity in coding courses means writing code and something outside of the chapter flow is not the solution, students should be able to do stuff and right where they are learning stuff. This is not limited to coding courses, design courses should allow users to submit designs and get them reviewed, and so on...
Hey fellow Hunters! I am Yasir ,Co-founder and CMO of Kroto.
I was going through the traditional path of studying engineering, then pursuing an MBA, and landing a good job through conventional means. But then, one lazy afternoon, my friend Rose called me and said, 'Bro, I need help with sales.' He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I started in mid-September in sales and tried my best. Together, we brainstormed countless ideas to land our first few customers, and after a lot of effort, we cracked our first deal. This set off a chain reaction of pitches and client meetings. We accomplished so much in such a short time, and I learned a lot along the way. I don't know if I'll ever be as good as Steve Jobs in sales, but that's the target I am setting for myself.
I'll end with Brad Pitt's Oscar speech: 'Rose, I'll ride on your coattails any day, man. The view is fantastic.'

Hey there, fellow Hunters! I'm Saurabh, the Founding Engineer at Kroto.
Allow me to take you back to our college days when I shared classrooms with our remarkable CEO, Rose Kamal (@rosekamallove), and our visionary CTO, Yuvraj Singh (@curiousyuvi). It was during our journey through the world of computer science that Rose unveiled an idea he had been nurturing since our freshman year. Fast forward to May 2023, as I was actively exploring internship opportunities, Rose gave me a call and asked a simple yet life-changing question, "Do you want to work at Kroto?" Without a moment's hesitation, I wholeheartedly replied, "No worries, I'm in."
That marked the inception of my adventure with the Kroto team. The three of us, brainstorming tirelessly to birth new features, transforming conceptual ideas into intricate designs, and finally, breathing life into them through code. My time at Kroto has been nothing short of transformative. Not only has it elevated my coding skills to new heights, but it has also broadened my horizons when it comes to tackling challenges.
Prior to my journey with Kroto, I often found myself doubting my capabilities when faced with adversity. Yet, with the experiences and knowledge gained here, I've adopted a new mantra - "I am the one who knocks!"
Working with this incredible team has truly been the highlight of my life. Together, we are poised to take Kroto to the skies, and I couldn't be more thrilled about what the future holds.

@rosekamallove, Congrats on the launch of the Kroto team! I tried to create a course on Udemy once before, and thinking of the course structure was one of the most difficult parts. Kroto's ai based structure generation is wonderful, and I like the Starwars-like loading screen:)
Do you plan to support multiple languages in the future? (For example, Japanese.)

@rosekamallove Probably, this is on your roadmap already, but if creators can add videos and images to the course description area. The course landing page would be even better. I'm looking forward to seeing how Kroto is going to evolve:)
@atsuhiro_teshima This is a great idea, we were a staying away with this one because the creators can mess up the design a bit, but I think there has to be a way to allow this and keep the design good!
