What is Kokua XR? My ancestral roots inspired the name Kokua, which is the deeply spiritual Hawaiian word for “support.” The name Kokua reflects our aim at TRIPP: to be your supportive companion on the journey of navigating life. And so, we offer Kokua to you, as your own personal AI meditation guide. Many of you have already discovered an early version of Kokua in TRIPP Mobile, and your interactions on mobile have now helped us take Kokua to the next level on the Meta Quest device, where you can experience an enhanced, spatial version of Kokua in TRIPP VR. Ask Kokua anything, and explore how it can be your own personal guide, meditation coach, mindfulness teacher, and a radically accepting and compassionate presence whenever you need it. We will continue to work to bring Kokua to the other XR platforms that TRIPP supports. Why did we create an AI guide? While we get messages every day from the TRIPP community about how TRIPP has changed their lives, I have always felt we could offer support on another level. From the beginning of our company, we have had a vision of hyper-personalized supportive content—experiences that help them shift their mindset and mood to how they want to feel in a way that is unique to them. When you share what’s on your mind and how you’re feeling, Kokua offers you personalized reflections, custom meditations, mindfulness practices, and caring, supportive companionship. It meets you exactly where you are, and guides you to reach your own well-being goals. There’s also a collaborative, community element to Kokua. By talking with Kokua, you are helping to improve the AI so it can better support everyone else in the community, especially those who might be experiencing similar feelings as you. Your interaction with Kokua is an offering to the world and a living example of how we can co-create technology for the greater good.
