The free tier is genuinely generous for volunteer boards. One thing that would make this really shine for our neighborhood is a built-in discussion forum or community board tab where residents can post questions and ideas between meetings without relying on Facebook groups. Would help keep official business in one place.
Setup was quick and the dues tracking actually feels built for a small volunteer board rather than scaled-down property management software. The free Good Neighbor tier covers what our HOA really needs, which is refreshing.
The $29 flat fee for the board tier is way more reasonable than the per-door pricing I kept getting quoted. Surprised the free version actually covers dues and docs without a paywall.
