Absolutely! @olivia_fang We use scraping tools that have official licenses. We are currently discovering other potential platforms to replicate this flow. We will most likely focus on untraditional channels such as Slack, Discord, Twitter and so on.

This is a brilliant idea, will certainly be using for my businesses if the trial testing goes well. How long does it take after someone comments one of my keywords for me to get an email? That leads to my second question/curiosity of how the data scraping is done; is it running on a crontab? Sorry for the technical questions, i'm a developer and find Reddit to be a great marketing platform.

Found this through a friend's recommendation, looks like it's trying to compete with other tools like Brand24 and Mention, but I gotta say the auto-promotional comments feel kinda spammy,, feels like it could come off as insincere, could you add a feature to customize the comments more, so it doesn't feel like a bot is doing all the talking, or maybe some way to filter out low-quality discussions?
