I built KeyDecide around a problem I think a lot of homebuyers experience which is after touring several houses, the details start running together. Which house had the kitchen you loved? Which bedroom felt too small? Which one had that issue you wanted to remember? And when it’s time to decide, are you comparing the homes objectively or just remembering how you felt walking through them? KeyDecide gives buyers a simple way to evaluate each home while they’re actually touring it. Score rooms, save favorite features, flag concerns, take notes, and then compare homes afterward. The goal isn’t to tell someone which house to buy. It’s to help them organize what they saw and what they cared about so they can make a more confident decision. This is the first release, and I’d genuinely appreciate feedback on what you’d want to see added or improved.
