Hi Product Hunt, I built Kenzap Nesting for metal fabricators who work with DXF files every day and need a faster, cleaner way to prepare cut-ready sheet layouts. The goal was simple: import DXF parts, optimize sheet usage, preview everything live, and export layouts that are ready for cutting. A lot of effort went into the parts that usually break in real workflows: mixed geometry, multi-shape detection inside one sketch, engraving on separate layers, and practical controls for spacing, margins, rotation, and alignment.
