Hey Product Hunt! Nizzy here, one of the makers of Keiki. When we started Orchid, we wanted to build an AI assistant that felt as easy to use as texting another person. The model could produce a useful answer early. Turning that answer into a dependable product took almost a year. We had to build messaging infrastructure, conversation management, durable memory, browser and tool execution, background jobs, observability, failure recovery, billing, and human controls. At some point, we realized we were building two products: Orchid, and the platform required to make Orchid possible. Keiki is that platform, now available to other teams. The idea is simple: the agent is the product; channels are distribution. With Keiki, you define one customer-facing agent: what it knows, how it behaves, what it remembers, which tools it can use, and where its boundaries are. Then you launch it across iMessage and SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and email. The same identity, knowledge, memory, tools, and safeguards go everywhere. A Keiki agent can do more than answer questions. It can search connected knowledge, browse the web, call business tools, complete workflows, request approval before sensitive actions, and hand a conversation to a person when judgment is needed. Every conversation and agent run is inspectable, so you can understand what happened and improve the agent over time. You can build visually or define the same agent in code. Keiki can run it for you, while teams that need more control can run it on their own infrastructure. We built the platform we wish we had a year ago: the shortest path from an agent idea to someone your customers can actually reach.
