Kalendi fuses your calendar and kanban board into one tool: plan a day, then work the very same items as cards. Repeating tasks remember exactly where you left off — never reset to zero again. Priorities, statuses, and item types are fully yours, not templated. Real-time analytics show what's actually getting done, by status and by project. A radial right-click Hotbox changes status in one gesture. Import and export items asics files, and extend it all with plug-ins.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Kalendi because I kept bouncing between a calendar app for my schedule and a separate kanban board for my actual work, and the two never talked to each other.
The thing that bugged me most was repeating tasks. Every recurring to-do I tried would reset back to square one on each new occurrence, even if I'd already made progress on this week's instance. So Kalendi has "action-based items" — repeating items that pick up exactly where you left off instead of starting from zero.
From there it grew into a full workspace: a real calendar, a kanban board that tracks actual progress (not just which column a card sits in), notes you can drag straight onto a date or a board, clients/projects/milestones for anyone juggling more than one account, and real-time analytics on where the work actually stands. One thing I'm particularly proud of is the Hotbox — hold a right-click on any item and a radial menu pops up under your cursor, so you change its status or priority with a glide-and-release instead of hunting through a dropdown. There's also a plug-in system for anyone who wants to write a bit of JS — drop in a script and it can pull in anything from an external API as calendar items (the built-in example fetches a daily weather forecast).
Would love to hear what you think, and happy to answer anything about how it's built or what's next on the roadmap.
