Congratulations on the launch of Kaleidoscope 4! It's great to see the evolution of this tool and the addition of new capabilities that will surely benefit developers. The Syntax Coloring feature and three different themes are a great addition that will make it easier for users to work with code. The new Merge from Comparison command is a very elegant solution that will help users to edit comparisons easily. The Text Filters feature is a great addition that will make it easier to compare log files and make sense of what you are seeing. The Kaleidoscope Prism menu bar app is a fantastic addition that will speed up workflows significantly. The ability to send content to Kaleidoscope from pdb, the Python Debugger, is a great feature that will improve the Python debugging workflow. The new File Properties toolbar item and popover is a great feature that will help users discover cases where the decoded content of text or image files cannot show the relevant differences. I'm excited to try out the new Kaleidoscope and see how it can improve my development process. Keep up the great work!πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

It’s a superb iPadOS app. I need to be able to customise its list of file extensions and map them to file types or content handling methods.

Review of Kaleidoscope 3
Waiting for my next source code (git) conflict to resolve through Kaleidoscope 3-way merge. Great to have deep tools like this to handle these cases (and a lot more). Glad to see a great team come up with a great app. Keep going folks πŸ‘
