Juno

AI Clinical Specialist for Chronic Disease

Juno is an AI clinical specialist for chronic illness. You talk to her daily about your health, from new symptoms emerging to sleep changes. She automatically tracks everything and spots patterns your doctors miss, like linking your Tuesday headaches to a medication you started three weeks ago. Built on 1,000+ patient interviews and Oxford research, she understands chronic illness in a way generic AI can't. Users have received earlier diagnoses after sharing Juno's insights with their doctor.

Marshall Gould

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Marshall, co-founder of Juno.

During university I was living with myalgic encephalomyelitis, often called an "invisible illness." People didn't believe me. Doctors didn't believe me. It was only when a new diagnostic test came out and I was officially diagnosed that I finally felt relief — and believed it myself. My co-founder Isaac grew up with chronic illness too. We both saw dozens of doctors, repeated our story every time, waited years for answers, and felt like nobody understood the full picture.

That's the reality for over 2 billion people worldwide.

We spent 4 years at Oxford and UCL researching how chronic illness patients navigate healthcare. We conducted 1,000+ patient interviews and the same thing kept coming up: people don't need another symptom tracker they'll abandon in two weeks. They need something that actually listens, remembers, and connects the dots.
So we built Juno — an AI clinical specialist for chronic illness.

You talk to Juno daily by voice or text. Tell her about your symptoms, sleep, medication, mood, whatever is going on. She tracks everything automatically and builds a picture of your health over time. She spots patterns you and your doctors miss — like linking your Tuesday headaches to a medication change three weeks ago, or discovering that your flares always follow a specific trigger.

This isn't generic AI giving surface-level answers. Juno is purpose-built for chronic illness, designed to understand the complexity, the emotional weight, and the frustration of living with a condition that never fully goes away.

What's happened so far:

Users have received earlier diagnoses after sharing Juno's insights with their doctors
20,000 downloads and 400+ five-star reviews in 3 months
$500K ARR, all organic, zero ad spend
70% of our users tried ChatGPT first but chose Juno

We moved from London to San Francisco last month because we believe everyone with a chronic condition deserves private-level healthcare, not just those who can afford it.

We'd love to hear from anyone living with a chronic condition, caring for someone who is, or working in health. What would make Juno more useful to you?

Thanks for checking us out 🙏

The feeling of being misunderstood, which is often the case for those with rare chronic illness, is painful. They need a safe place to share what's really going on with their words. I feel Juno is carefully designed.

Congrats for launch 👏

This is a thoughtful product.

Chronic illness is all about patterns over time, and Juno’s “daily check-in + automatic tracking” approach makes a lot of sense it can surface trends people (and even doctors) often miss, like symptom clusters tied to sleep, stress, or specific days. The tone feels supportive, and the “AI clinical specialist” positioning is clear without being gimmicky.

Congrats on the launch rooting for you 🚀 @marshall_gould
