I'm Giovanny, Founder of JobsWorkers. My co-founder and I spent the last seven months building two apps for iOS and Android that we believe can change how people hire help and how independent workers find work.

Why we built it:

Hiring someone for your home still works the old way: you ask around, wait for callbacks and rarely know the real price until the end. And on many platforms, independent pros have to pay for leads or subscriptions before they earn a single dollar. We wanted a market where anyone who's good at something can start working for free, and anyone who needs help can find it, compare and hire with confidence.

🧰 "Jobs Workers", for independent pros

• Joining is free: no lead fees, no subscriptions, no paying to quote

• You quote the amount you want to take home

• Our fee is added on top for the client, and it's shown upfront

🔒 Trust and payments

• Every worker completes identity verification with Stripe Identity before they can quote

• On arrival, the client scans the worker's code to confirm it matches the profile photo

• Card payments go straight to the worker's own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, and cash is supported too

40+ categories and 200+ home and personal services, in English and Spanish. We're live in the US, and our first users are concentrated in Miami, New York and San Francisco.

Where we want to go:

We want JobsWorkers to be where every independent worker starts, with a profile that works as their professional identity: verified, reviewed and ready to quote. And we want hiring someone for your home to feel as normal and safe as ordering a ride. When anyone can quote without paying upfront and anyone can find help for anything, the total amount of work grows, not just who gets it.

What's hard right now:

We're very early. The marketplace cold start is real.
