I thought there has to be a better way. I work at a staffing agency and kept noticing the same patterns: people resubmitting resumes they already sent, forgetting they'd spoken to one of our recruiters, sending applications that had nothing to do with the posting. I started researching tools for a blog post about organizing a job search. That blog post never got written, but I couldn't stop thinking about how little was out there.
