What’s new/unique: A Ghosting/Responsiveness Score that predicts how likely a company is to reply before you apply. A two-sided model: candidates get transparency; employers get benchmarks and simple nudges to improve reply times and Candidate NPS. Privacy-first: we don’t sell or expose applicant data scores come from aggregated signals and user-reported experiences. What’s live soon: Free Ghosting Probability Score on company pages.
