The inspiration for JetHire.ai stemmed from our personal experiences with the inefficiencies and biases inherent in traditional hiring practices. Keyword based Recruiting systems with legacy filter approaches overlook talent because they only match keywords. If a candidate does not use the same keywords in their application as it is mentioned in the job description, they get filtered out even if they were a good fit. We realized that advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) are able to transform this space, by semantically understanding of the complete candidate profile as well as the job description.
