Fleishers is a really cool, high quality, old fashioned butcher shop I'd go to in upstate NY. I always meant to take a class there to learn how to butcher meats. #someday
If you have the room, I'd recommend getting a food dehydrator instead. You can get one on Amazon for the same price as this kit. You can do jerky, dried fruits and vegetables, fruit leather, and more. Some Nesco models also include sample jerky seasonings (mine did) and accessories.
