A tracking tool, not medical advice.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Matilde, the maker of JabKeeper.
JabKeeper brings a weekly GLP-1 routine into one private iPhone diary: when you took your injection, which site you used, how you felt and how your weight is changing.
It is designed for adults who already have a prescription. You enter your prescribed medicine, dose and schedule; the app does not recommend treatment or titration.
The free download includes two dose entries and local injection reminders. JabKeeper Pro is a US $9.99 one-time in-app purchase, with local prices set by Apple. It adds unlimited dose history, weight/BMI/goal progress, a side-effect diary, food and protein tracking, and optional Apple Health and Calendar integrations. There is no subscription.
Privacy is central to the design: no account, advertising or analytics SDK. Your diary stays on your device and is excluded from backups. If you enable Apple Health or Calendar, exports are managed by Apple or your calendar provider and may remain after uninstalling.
The interface has light and dark appearances. Weight goals and dates are planning estimates, not promises or medical advice; always follow your prescriber's instructions.
I'd love feedback from people managing a weekly injection routine: what would make logging easier, and what do you wish you had recorded before your next appointment?
Thanks for taking a look.
