For a lecture held in a supported meeting app, could I use the captured transcript to ask IrisGo for a study guide? Being able to review the explanation afterward would be useful.
@evanbuildsai Yes, you can do that. I use it to generate action items and key highlights from meeting notes. Would love to see a study guide built. Please feel free to share with us what you generate.
Where is the Time Machine SQLite database stored locally, and is it encrypted at rest using macOS FileVault or a dedicated passphrase?
@anthony_cai The database lives locally on your drive: ~/Library/Application Support/IrisGo/profiles/<profile-id>/timeline/data/.db/timeline.sqlite
It is a standard local SQLite database protected by OS-level file permissions and full-disk encryption (macOS FileVault on Mac, BitLocker on Windows), rather than a proprietary app-level passphrase. Everything stays strictly on your local machine.
Are there plans to bring Linear, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana tasks into Radar alongside its Gmail and Google Calendar sources?
@dmitry_bergelson Yes, absolutely! Bringing project management tools into Radar is high on our roadmap.
You can already connect Linear, Jira, and ClickUp in IrisGo to query and update issues directly in chat, but having your assigned tickets automatically surfaced alongside your emails and calendar events in Radar is the natural next step.
Which of those is your team's primary tool? (Linear and Jira are likely up first!)
@dmitry_bergelson Yes absolutely! That's one of our top priorities.
@dmitry_bergelson thank you for mentioning all these, please keep the requests coming!
@ysssss33 @jeffrey_lai1 Nice Launch. If I can just do the workflow once instead of teaching an ai with prompts and rules, that’s a much more natural interface for automation.
@jeffrey_lai1 @harshyadav Thanks! Exactly—demonstration is so much faster and less error-prone than trying to prompt-engineer every click and edge case. Show it once, and let the agent handle the repetition from there.
@ysssss33 @jeffrey_lai1 @harshyadav that's the idea! plus there might be personalized ways to deal with a workflow, watch & learn allows users to really teach how they do it instead of the AI guess-timating every step.
The amount of brain fog I get trying to remember a chart I saw "somewhere yesterday" is embarrassing. Just typed "quarterly churn breakdown chart" into Time Machine and it pinpointed the exact Chrome window and timestamp from 3 PM yesterday. Feels like an external hard drive for my memo
@wendyba Yes! Being able to look back with the help of screen snapshots has become a daily habit for me.
@wendyba “An external hard drive for your memory"—we might have to steal that line!
That exact moment of knowing you saw a number or chart somewhere but spending 20 minutes digging through browser history, Slack threads, and tabs to find it is the worst. So glad Time Machine saved you the headache!
@wendyba love the line! awesome mental picture
For meeting transcription, how do you handle acoustic echo cancellation when the user is not wearing headphones? Does it distinguish between internal system audio and microphone input cleanly?
