The fully-local, on-device approach is what makes this compelling to me — having it read your current focus without anything leaving the Mac is a real differentiator versus cloud agents. Since it can act across all your apps, do you give users a review/confirm step before it sends a reply or edits a calendar, or does it execute directly once you delegate via Fn?

@zain_sheikh Ofc, in terms of drafting a reply or editing calendar, confirmation is always something you'd like to have a look first before letting it do its job.
Congrats on the launch! Love the idea of having a desktop AI assistant that can actually take action across apps instead of just giving suggestions. how did you decide which workflows to prioritize first?

@avery_thompson2 Hey Avery, we are optimizing for short term tasks first at the moment, due to the consideration of current agent capability and our observation of how ppl actually use such tools. But still, Invoko already support long term tasks and let me know if you find it more useful in specific scenarios
Congrats @alex_tao how does the agent handle situations where multiple apps are requesting attention at the same time?

@olivia_bennett7 That's the magical part, you can directly ask Invoko to set priorities for you based on the app's context and it will automatically sort it out. Guess that's why we love agent haha
Most AI assistants require you to switch windows or break your flow to interact with them what was the core design philosophy behind keeping Invoko as an overlay rather than a standalone app and how much did that decision change the product?

@ana_popescu2 Thanks for the thoughtful question. We designed the UI to be ambient so it stays out of your way until you summon it. It’s all about keeping the focus on your work while having the agent ready to assist exactly when you need it. Let us know if you have any feedback on how it feels while you're using it:)
how does Invoko determine when it should act autonomously versus asking for confirmation before taking action?

@barnaby_lloyd The logic will be determined by agent itself tbh, do you have scenarios that you'd like agent to ask for confirmation first?
When Invoko handles tasks across your apps, is it doing that through native integrations with each app, computer vision on the screen or something closer to OS level automation and how does that architecture affect reliability?

@andrew_paul11 I'd say it's more similar to the OS level automation instead if you connect those apps with Invoko itself, but we also include apps that can only be used thru computer use etc. to ensure a broader usable experience
Context switching is expensive cognitively does Invoko remember what you were working on if you step away and come back or does each interaction start from a cold state?
