InvoicePilot helps Indian freelancers and small agencies create GST-compliant invoices in seconds — auto CGST/SGST/IGST calculation, saved clients, auto-numbering, payment tracking, and a free invoice generator with no signup required.

One thing that would really help me as a freelancer is adding UPI QR code generation directly on each invoice, so clients can just scan and pay instead of manually entering payment details. Also, a WhatsApp share button for the invoice PDF would save me a ton of time since most of my clients prefer getting bills on WhatsApp.
@batsemra22286 Really good call, Semra — especially the WhatsApp share button, since that's genuinely how most freelancers here send invoices anyway, not email. UPI QR code is a great addition too, saves the client from typing anything.
Noting both down. Can't promise a timeline yet, but this is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping to get from this launch — thank you.
The no-signup free invoice generator right on the homepage is a smart move — gets you actually using the tool before any commitment. Really clean execution for freelancers who just need to send one GST invoice fast.
@atakanzoluryzq Thanks Atakan! Yeah, that was very deliberate — I almost made the free tool a limited trial (like cap it at 2-3 invoices), but figured people bail the second they smell any kind of paywall on something this basic. Wanted it to actually be useful standalone, not just a lead magnet in disguise.
Here's the direct link if anyone wants to poke at it: https://www.invoicepilot.in/free...
Curious — have you tried anything similar with your own product? Giving away a real, useful slice for free vs. a time-limited trial?
The auto tax split between CGST, SGST, and IGST depending on the client state is a really thoughtful touch, saves freelancers like me from constantly double-checking rules for every invoice.
@bnyaminndejjqk Thanks Bünyamin! That one came from personal pain, honestly — I used to mess up CGST/SGST vs IGST manually all the time before automating it, so glad it's actually useful to someone else too.
