honestly this is a really clean approach and i kind of love that nothing leaves the browser. one thing that would actually seal the deal for me though is letting us save drafts locally so you can come back to an unfinished invoice the next day without having to start over from scratch. just a simple local storage option would do it.

Your invoice data is continuously saved in your browser's local storage, so if you close the browser and come back later on the same device and browser, your work will still be there. That said, adding an option to explicitly save and load drafts, such as JSON files, is a great idea for better portability and backup.
the privacy first approach is honestly really refreshing, not many invoice tools offer this. one thing i'd love to see is a simple recurring invoice feature so i can just set it once and let it auto generate each month without remembering to do it manually.
