We built Interview Agent by NexI because traditional pre-screening interviews are slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Our goal was simple: let an AI interviewer handle the repetitive first conversation while giving recruiters something more valuable than a resume — **actual interview evidence**. Interview Agent can conduct voice or avatar interviews, evaluate candidates against a structured hiring rubric, identify potential AI-assisted answers, and return a ranked scorecard with the transcript and integrity signals.
