Having used their startup product before, it is quite a sticker shock when the Startup Plan duration ends (see 90% discount). We quickly found a cheaper alternative. I WAS using Intercom. But as a bootstrapped startup still seeking investment beyond one year, the regular price seems a better fit for large mature orgs.

Of all the AI bots we've tested, FIN's the bot best fitting our needs right now. However, the reporting/analytics are confusing at times, and we also lack rather basic features such as forwarding screenshots and recordings to our ticket tool.

Intercom is a decent tool. I appreciate that they support sending emails. But it can be challenging to find information on the dashboard, and there are too many features that our team doesn't use. This can be distracting and time-consuming.
