InnerVeda is an AI Ayurveda app. Take a free 3-min body-type quiz, then meet Vaidya — an AI companion that remembers you and builds a personalised plan for sleep, stress, digestion & energy that adapts weekly. No streaks, no guilt. On iOS, Android & web.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Ganesh.
Every wellness app I've tried optimises for my engagement — streaks, push-nudges, a little guilt when I skip a day. I wanted the opposite. So we built it.
InnerVeda is Vaidya, an AI Ayurvedic companion that learns your body type and actually remembers you — that you sleep badly when you eat late, that you dislike milk, that Yoga Nidra at 10pm works for you. It builds a personalised 90-day plan for one thing you care about (sleep, stress, digestion, or energy) and adapts it every week. It's not just chat: Vaidya builds you personalised meal plans, breathwork and 100+ guided meditations, all tuned to your body type.
Three deliberate choices:
• It remembers — the plan gets more personal over time, not more generic. ("How did it know?" is the moment we optimise for, not screen time.)
• No dark patterns — no streaks, no guilt. A 48-hour rule pauses Vaidya when life gets busy; your plan resumes where you left off.
• It can't make things up — every protocol is read from the classical texts (Charaka, Suśruta) and cited; where modern science agrees, we show it.

Live on iOS, Android & web. Already #1 of the day on Fazier and PeerPush. I'd love your honest take — what did the quiz get right, or wrong? AMA.
I tried the app. Its very informative and holistic to follow ayurvedic lifestyle. The suggestions were similar to what my ayurveda doctor had suggested in past. Could be useful for people who want to revolutionize their wellness journey by advancing everyday life.
@paridhi_negi Thank you, glad you liked it
Been playing with Innerveda for a bit now and it genuinely took me back. The whole experience reminded me of my first real experience with Ayurveda - those first few, nurturing sessions where yogis and doctors would guide me through meditations and actually explain why my body was responding the way it was. It felt less like a health app and more like sitting with someone who understood the tradition deeply.
Excited to see where the team takes this. Congrats on the launch! 🙌
I have used the app. Its a very useful app if you want to level up spiritually and physically. Timely reminders and insights keep me energetic and focussed. I would recommend everyone to try it
