As a programmer who reads tens of thousands of articles online every year, I've also fantasized about writing about my life, experiences, dreams, and everyday happenings for others to read. However, I constantly face dilemmas like "what to write," "how to write," and "what if it's not good enough?" These concerns have repeatedly postponed my writing endeavors. On New Year's Day 2022, I walked into a bookstore and stumbled upon a booklet titled "642 Things to Write About." It didn't contain any articles, just a collection of intriguing prompts. Flipping through it, many topics instantly made me want to grab a pen and jot down a few lines. I think a book like this could truly cure my procrastination with writing. After returning home, I searched for similar apps on my phone, but all the writing apps I found simply offered a blank page to start with. For someone like me, staring at a blank page can be intimidating and anxiety-inducing, making it difficult to begin. To help myself take the first step in writing, I developed "InkJot," and I'm proud to say that it was featured as an Editor's Choice on the App Store within its first week of launch.
