Over the past decade, I've spent a lot of time working in personal branding. And somewhere along the way, I noticed something. People often misunderstand what personal branding actually means.
When first-time clients ask me what I do and why it matters, I sometimes find myself explaining the concept before I can even get to the work itself.
Personal branding is much bigger than posting on LinkedIn or growing your following. But that isn't always how people see it.
That's one of the reasons I started this podcast.
