Stop chasing clients for documents through endless email threads. Infile is the easiest way to collect files, forms, and information from clients with secure portals, automated reminders, and custom templates. Perfect for CPAs, HR, Legal, and Educators.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm thrilled to introduce Infile to the community!
If you work in accounting, law, HR, or higher education, you probably know the pain of collecting documents from clients. It usually involves endless email threads, disorganized attachments, missing files, and a lot of manual follow-ups just to get what you need.
We built Infile to completely eliminate "document chasing" so you can focus on your actual work.
Here is what Infile helps you do:
Custom Document Requests: Build tailored checklists with custom fields, file uploads, and conditional logic.
Automated Reminders: Set it and forget it. Infile will automatically follow up with clients who haven't submitted their required documents.
Secure Client Portal: Give your clients a beautiful, branded, mobile-friendly portal. They can drag and drop files with enterprise-grade encryption—no login or password creation required for them!
AI Template Builder: Just describe what you need, and our AI will generate a complete template with smart fields and logic in seconds.
Real-time Analytics: Track completion rates, response times, and see who is holding up the process at a glance.
Whether you are collecting tax returns during tax season, gathering evidence for a legal case, or onboarding a new employee, Infile makes the experience seamless for both you and your clients.
We’d love for you to try it out and let us know what you think! I’ll be hanging out in the comments all day to answer any questions, take feature requests, and hear your feedback.
Cheers!

Congrats on the launch! 🚀
Document collection is one of those boring but painful workflows that wastes a lot of time, especially when files are scattered across email threads.
I like the automated reminders and no-login client portal idea. Curious how you handle version control when a client uploads the wrong document and later replaces it?

Hey @prashant_patil14
when a client upload a new file both will be saved for review and the user can decide which one to approve.
hope that helps
