Document collection is one of those boring but painful workflows that wastes a lot of time, especially when files are scattered across email threads.

I like the automated reminders and no-login client portal idea. Curious how you handle version control when a client uploads the wrong document and later replaces it?

when a client upload a new file both will be saved for review and the user can decide which one to approve.
