IncognitoDesk was originally created to help the Portail VIH/sida du Québec (PVSQ) fulfill its mission with the Sext’Info program. Initially called SMS Support, the application quickly evolved to support other services offered by the Montreal-based organization. Shortly, after being transferred to M2i3, it became clear that to ensure the long-term viability of the application and better support for its users, the application needed to evolve and become more autonomous. This is how the SMS Support application became IncognitoDesk and is now available to other organizations to help them with the services they offer their communities.
