I’m the maker of InboxNest.

Why I built it: I run several small SaaS products, and support email was a mess. Each product had its own inbox, or I answered customers from my personal Gmail, which isn’t a great look when someone is paying for your product. Google Workspace for every domain felt like overkill, and full help desks were far more than I needed for simple one-to-one email.

So I built the tool I wanted:
