Hey, I planned this product to address the 'knowledgebase' pain points for startups. At launch, the teams plan extensively on user journeys and onboarding, stories, growth, and metrics. Knowledgebase is at low priority, understandably though, and In23Hours addresses it at highest priority.
We will publish a knowledgebase of new products that we will pick randomly, by our choice. We expect to publish knowledgebase (MVH, Minimum Viable Help) of at least two products, every week.
We plan to roll out the public version in two weeks, by 25 June.
