I built ImportHQ because I spend my working life chasing production. I buy apparel from overseas factories, and the part nobody has a good tool for is the middle: after the order is placed and before it ships. I build apparel, so the defaults are apparel, but if you import furniture or electronics you can make it yours in a couple of minutes. Late orders flag themselves, everything lands on a shared ex-factory calendar, and suppliers get a scorecard from your own order history rather than your gut feeling. There is a free plan with three purchase orders and no credit card, so you can run a real order through it before deciding. If you import anything, I would genuinely like to know what your production tracking looks like today and where it falls over. That is the part I want to keep working on.
