How often do you update the underlying tax and rental price data, especially after cantonal changes mid-year?
@metinelikt7fjw Hi Metin, tax data is updated annually. The numbers immoskop provides/uses are based on the federal tax administration's yearly calculations of effective tax rate per municipality (which includes, for example, deduction of the maximum amount allowable without individual proof). Rental price data is currently updated monthly, but over time will be increasingly up-to-date by factoring in prices contained in online ads submitted by users for analysis.

finally something useful for swiss movers - pasted a fake listing and it caught an overpriced bern apartment i was eyeing. the tax comparison by income is genuinely eye-opening.
