It runs Hermes, an open-source agent, and installs by handing the guide to a coding agent that works over SSH. The big one is the first day of school on Tuesday, Aug 11 — everything ahead of it is prep: back-to-school haircuts (Aug 5), school supply shopping (Aug 6), backpacks and shoes (Aug 8), and Meet the Teacher on Aug 10. If you get those four done, the rest of the month is just the usual gym days and trash nights.
