ICC Manager unites POS, CRM, chats, and reviews into one AI-driven control loop — detecting hidden losses, coordinating tasks, and turning restaurant operations data into clear management actions, 24/7.
What if your restaurant had a manager who never sleeps?
Most restaurants do not shut down because the food is bad. Several of my favorite places closed even though the food was always excellent.
They close because their systems are broken. The tools are there, but no one truly owns them. The data is there, but there is no feedback loop, no decisions, no action.
The worst part is that the owner usually discovers the problems only when the cash gap has already exceeded a full month of revenue. After three years of owning my own restaurant, I decided this is unacceptable. Based on the pains and problems I faced every single day as an owner, we created an intelligent system for restaurants.
It unites POS, CRM, chats, reviews, and operating procedures into a single management loop.
An AI manager that helps reduce losses, control processes, operations, standards, tasks, and communications 24/7, and stabilizes restaurant management by turning raw operational data into clear actions that grow profit.
Our mission: Improving restaurants management to deliver quality service.
Drawing on my previous experience, we took the best practices from ISO 9001 and Lean manufacturing, combined them with modern automation and the best of neural networks, to defeat the never‑ending chaos of day‑to‑day restaurant operations. The goal is simple: a restaurant that runs predictably, even when people change, seasons shift, and demand rises or falls. Always.
Why now?
Managers are drowning in fragmented tools, rising costs, and a shortage of reliable staff. At the same time, AI has finally become strong enough to see the patterns inside this chaos and suggest what to do next. We live exactly in the gap between these two worlds.
I did not want to build this product at first. I went searching for a place to buy it. But as I studied what exists on the market, I realized that this product simply does not exist. The companies I spoke with had excellent engineers, product managers, and other team members. They built products that were great from a code perspective, but 80% useless in practice, solving at best a small part of the real problems and sometimes creating new ones.
So we started building it ourselves.
We are building it for:
restaurateurs and managers who need control without unnecessary complexity,
partners in hospitality tech, POS, and CRM
investors who see that the restaurant management software market already exceeds $7.5 billion and is growing fast, and that the next wave of value in F&B will not come from yet another delivery app but from smarter operating systems.
If this resonates with you, let’s talk.

From today, I’ll be showing one module of ICC Manager per day, in the same order the product is built.
ICC Manager is an intelligent restaurant management system that brings together POS, CRM, chats, reviews, inventory, and marketing into one control loop.
We solve a core problem in the restaurant business: owners and managers simply can’t monitor cash, kitchen, staff, purchases, and guest communication all at once. As a result, losses and issues are often discovered too late.
ICC Manager acts like a second manager, working 24/7, analyzing data from all sources, and flagging risks before they become expensive problems.
Today’s module is the Main Dashboard.
It shows key restaurant metrics in real time: today’s revenue, plan progress, average check size, number of checks, and how much is left to hit the target. It also includes breakdowns by period: today, yesterday, week, and month.
We’ll be reworking this module to make it even more intuitive and to bring the most important metrics, analytics, and alerts to the main screen. One idea is to show the top 3 issues that need attention and intervention right now. Our goal is for a first-time user to immediately feel the superpower of the product from the very first screen.
I’d love your feedback:
Is this dashboard easy to understand?
What would you want to see on the main screen first?
What would you improve?

honestly the ai flagging hidden losses across pos and reviews feels like the kind of thing every restaurant chain secretly needs, would love to see how it handles a noisy week of data

@neuraln Oh, believe me, this is a real pain point for every restaurant owner. The truth is, there are so many things you simply can't keep track of, or you only discover when it's already too late. These issues lead to huge financial losses, and they're one of the main reasons restaurants end up closing.
That's exactly why we decided to build this product.
By the way, if you or any of your friends own a restaurant that's already operating, we'd be happy to set up a demo for you right away. The product is already being used by real restaurants. Now that we've completed the MVP and released the first commercial version, We finally have time to focus on marketing and start sharing real case studies based on actual businesses using our product.
Thank you very much for your interest in our product. Let's keep in touch.
