Hey Product Hunt — I’m the maker. I got tired of “free” converters that start with an upload bar. A résumé, an ID scan, a family video, a JSON dump from production — none of that needs to sit on a stranger’s disk so a website can change the format. So I built I Hate Online Tools: image, video, audio, text, and archive utilities that run in the browser. Convert HEIC, compress to a size cap, trim a clip, strip EXIF, zip files, format JSON. No account, no watermark, no “we’ll delete it in 24 hours.” The file never left the tab. There are about 100 tools across 17 categories. Video/audio load a local FFmpeg build once (~30 MB, then cached). Everything else is Canvas / WebAssembly. You can disconnect after the page loads and it keeps working.
