Hydration Hero is a water tracker and reminder app for iPhone and Apple Watch that turns drinking water into a game. Build a full-body avatar who cheers when you drink water, gets jittery on coffee and goes a bit wobbly after wine. Smart goals count caffeine and alcohol differently from water, so your daily target adjusts to what you've actually had. You can set reminders at your own intervals, keep streaks, earn badges and add custom drinks.
