Hydration Hero is a water tracker and reminder app for iPhone and Apple Watch that turns drinking water into a game. Build a full-body avatar who cheers when you drink water, gets jittery on coffee and goes a bit wobbly after wine. Smart goals count caffeine and alcohol differently from water, so your daily target adjusts to what you've actually had.
