What it is
HostedInvite is a done-for-you event hub — not just a pretty invite link. Guests get a custom event page (details, map, schedule, photos, RSVP). Hosts get a real host hub: QR codes, print pack, RSVP lists, CSV export, share settings, photo uploads, and design-team chat. Pay once. We design it. Guests open one link or QR — no app, no account.
Why I built it
For weddings, quinces, birthdays, reunions, and company events, the “plan” still lives in group chats and half-finished DIY sites. Family who don’t use Instagram still need the time, place, and RSVP. Free builders put the design work on the host. I wanted the opposite: you focus on the day — we ship the hub.
How it works
1) Pick Spark (99), Glow (279), or Spotlight ($549) — soft-launch pricing
2) Upload photos + details in the host hub (or email them to us)
3) We design your event page in Design Studio (layouts, fonts, FX, entrance moments, music/video)
4) You approve, go live, share the link + QR, and run RSVPs from the hub

A small thing that would help a lot: let guests add dietary preferences or plus-one info right on the RSVP form. Right now everything has to go through a DM or message back, and tracking it across text threads gets messy fast. Even a simple optional checkbox or short text field would save the host a ton of follow-up work, especially for sit-down dinners or events with catering.
@trkanm9nm ahh yes. Thank you for not being a bot. I delete photos of my website thaylt showcased the client dashboard, our design studio, etc. But yes, we have an organized rsvp layout that allows you to see if they opened up the link, responded with a yes or no, plus ones, any dietary issues, etc. (:
I was second guessing this site valuability.
Honestly the done-for-you angle is kind of refreshing, most event tools make you drag and drop everything yourself. I poked around the demo and the RSVP + calendar stuff all just worked without making me sign up for an account first, which is honestly rare.
Honestly love that there's no app or account needed for guests, my family would have given up before opening anything else. The QR + print pack setup feels way easier than chasing RSVPs on a group text.
Love that the guest side needs zero sign-in or app download, just one link that opens straight to everything they need. That single decision probably saves hosts dozens of "how do I access this" messages.
