For starters, the fee for the service, the way it works, and the terms of use are clearly stated throughout the Flow user experience. This ensures our members are aware of how the product works and what its terms are before they move forward. Additionally, our Support team typically addresses Flow-related inquiries in <30 minutes, and our customer success team is always available to provide Hopscotch members with a 1:1 demo of the product. In short, there is full transparency when it comes to how the product works and what the rates are. Flow's proprietary underwriting model relies on the fundamentals: Is the business legitimate and in good standing? Does the business have a bank account? Has the business had income that supports the amount they are looking to Flow? Every business on Hopscotch is evaluated in the same way to ensure the process is fair. If an invoice is not qualified for Flow, our team can complete a manual review process to better evaluate unique circumstances.
