Hey everyone, I'm the founder of HolaFlux! I started working on this project a few months ago after having experienced Holacracy as a new employee, using other self-management platforms. That experience brought up multiple tensions for me, regarding performance, UI & UX issues, missing Holacracy features, lack of integrations and many others. After observing myself while practicing Holacracy through those other platforms, I started building a small personal dashboard that was modern, faster, used shortcuts (such as Cmd + K) and thus addressed the performance and UI/UX issues. However, as a new Holacracy practitioner, reading about features such as IDM and IEP and then having those missing from the aforementioned platforms, made my experience more difficult than it needed to be. On top of that, I found myself relying on other external tools to tie my workflows together, such as Linear for defining role projects with more information, Notion for tracking Governance/Tactical meetings and so on. This all led me to begin building what would become HolaFlux. Now HolaFlux has been published and addresses all the aforementioned tensions I had with what existed before and then some. A non exhaustive list of those features, is: - Fully real-time & synced Governance/Tactical meetings with complete IDM support - Complete IEP for holding elections end to end - Power user tools (shortcuts, global search, integratons) - AI Insights at the organization level and AI Role Intelligence at the Role + Circle levels - Multiple Integrations with third party tools such as Linear, Notion, Calendars and custom webhook support - Multiple workspaces - Agreements, Tensions, Proposals, you name it and much much more!
