I wonder why Facebook doesn't try releasing more products w/o associating it with their brand at launch? Is it a concern about being disingenuous? Seems to kill their chances of a less biased reception... Going to try this app out for a few days and try to keep in mind that some developers worked very hard on this!

@mattkandler Also keep in mind that there are independent developers out there that worked even harder than Facebook only to have their ideas copied the moment they started gaining traction. Treat Facebook how it treats you.

Wondering what's the strategy of Facebook in terms of organic vs. inorganic growth 🤔... they have so much investment power, why would they (continue to) launch apps like this and make fool of themselves?
