We've built the world's first AI-native global labor marketplace. Search from our global talent pool using GUI or API, and let our algorithm identify profiles for any of your requirements. We parse resumes, screen profiles, serve you candidates, interview them for you using our AI agents, set market clearing prices, and handle all global payments/compliance. Since we're a marketplace, the entire experience is seamless, and all of our infrastructure can be used for any of your staffing needs.
Hey everyone. My name is Jai. We built HireNewtalent.ai to solve a problem very dear to us: how to easily hire offshore.
I own a successful business in the Bay Area, and have spent my career in Tech. Alex (my co-founder) has done the same, and throughout the past 10 years, we have continuously battled with how difficult it is to easily find and hire offshore talent across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and our own businesses.
You pretty much have 3 choices:
1) you go to an agency and pay upwards of $3k+ a month for a resource that should cost closer to $1k/mo.
2) you go to a legacy marketplace like Upwork/Fiverr and screen all the resumes yourself, interview each candidate, figure out payments, and then negotiate/contract with each candidate.
3) you buy a bunch of software like LinkedIn recruiter (or one of the 10 different AI recruiting tools) and Deel/Rippling for payroll, and you build the entire hiring process/infrastructure yourself
All 3 of these options are terrible. I don't want to spend 3-5x what the underlying Talent actually costs. I don't want to have to deal with reviewing resumes, interviewing, and negotiating. I don't want to buy a bunch of different software tools to hire a few roles offshore.
We realized that if we were to reimagine how a marketplace functions using AI, we could create a seamless experience that has never existed before.
Here are some features that set us apart:
No more reviewing resumes:
From the moment you enter your requirements on your website, we orchestrate the entire hiring process behind the scenes. We have ~10k users from across the world on our platform, and we parse and vectorize their resumes + create standardized profiles for you to view. Our algorithm sorts these profiles and instantly serves up the best fits for you.
No more interviews:
When you're ready, you can launch AI interviews with any candidate you wish. These interviews happen in real time and the AI agent asks detailed questions based on the role you're hiring for. You can check out the scoring report or interview video after, so we do all the heavy lifting for you.
No more negotiating:
We set market rates for Talent and for Clients automatically using an algorithmic pricing engine. This sets a market clearing rate based on supply and demand (think Uber, Lyft, Doordash, etc.). There's no negotiating with candidates, ever.
Global payments and compliance:
When you're ready to hire, you simply set a start date, and we automatically execute contracts with all parties. We handle all global payments and all compliance. You simply pay us through Stripe like you would with any other SaaS and we take care of the rest.
Labor liquidity:
Since we're a marketplace, we have liquidity for most roles. If a worker isn't a good fit, we can have a vetted replacement within hours in most cases (which no alternative product has ever provided us!).
We believe that labor markets should function as financial markets do, and we think we're one step closer to achieving this reality.
Oh and btw, you can do all this through our API/MCP using your own agent (we're calling this "Vibe Hiring")
