We built Highring because we lived the problem ourselves. At Kulsys Technologies, we were hiring through recruitment vendors every year. Multiple agencies, same emails, duplicate CVs, no single place to track anything. We spent more time coordinating vendors than actually hiring. When we looked for a solution built for the Indian market nothing existed. So we built it ourselves. The approach evolved a lot. We started by running the entire model manually coordinating vendors, tracking candidates, managing placements and invoices by hand. Over 200 positions closed, Rs 2.5 crore in placements, 30+ agencies. That gave us the real-world proof before we wrote a single line of code. Then we built the platform around exactly what we learned what HR teams actually need, how vendors actually work, and where the process breaks down every single time.
