This is perfect! I've noticed my sleep cycle shifts later into the night through the week before 'resetting' over the weekend ~ hopefully, this will help me keep things more consistent! 🛌

Used the app for the first time last night! So far, I like it! I'm hoping to solve some of my early morning grogginess caused by starting a new schedule at work (6AM 😬), after working nights for about 4 years...
On the introduction page that says, "Cycles NOT Hours," there are a few typos. They're in the line, "each night is a more valuable then the number of hours." Looks like you added an extra "a" and need to switch to "than" instead of then.
