Reviews saying that Heygen doesn't have great support are lies, I use Heygen almost daily and am testing their new technology and support is very active, emails are always within a few hours. They have ample resources to teach you their platform and how to do things. The quality of the software is excellent and the service it provides saves time and money with their avatars, they are constantly updating and doing webinars explaining the updates.

I’ve tried it and results were impressive. My wife couldn’t even recognise it wasn’t me. I’m giving it 4 stars cause the voice was a bit flat.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They dont even bother to reply to customer queries. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at HeyGen. Despite being a serious and reliable company that fully understands the consequences of misleading information, our videos repeatedly go into moderation mode without any clear reason. We've waited for hours without any response, which caused significant delays in launching our Google Ads campaign. We reached out to their customer service team multiple times, advising them to remove the blocks, especially since the video in question was a duplicate of one previously approved by HeyGen. However, we received no reply whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering we paid for the Team plan. The lack of communication and support from HeyGen has resulted in an awful customer service experience. We expected better from a service we invested in, and this has negatively impacted our business operations. I have been using various versions of Video Translation for 6 months. Amazing, the tech keeps improving—powerful tool to break the language barriers. Keep up the good work!

Excellent product. I've found it too slow sometimes and rather costly.

For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers

They are nbot presenting available options under different subscription plans correctly. I first subscribed to your Heygen Creator plan to use video translation with proofread, as it was listed as available under that plan Then, when I wanted to use that function it directed me to upgrade to your business plan, presenting Proofread option as available, so I upgraded. I tried again and now I got an answer that the feature is reserved to Enterprise plan.

Easy to use. It would be very useful if we could track open rates (who, when, how many times watched), when we share the link with a contact.

The tool seemed promising, so I decided to make a purchase. Despite the relatively high price, my enthusiasm for AI led me to give it a shot. However, I've encountered significant issues with non-existent customer support. I've reached out multiple times, sent messages, but have yet to receive any response. After submitting a video, ready for editing and uploading, I consistently received a message stating I needed to wait 2-6 hours for approval due to moderation policies. It often ended up being closer to the 6-hour mark. No rule violations on my end. One of my videos was rejected for a violation, even though it contained my regular, rule-compliant content. I reached out to support, yet, once again, received no response. Meanwhile, I was still charged for the rejected video. Using non-English language results in poor outcomes. It's not recommended if you plan on creating content in languages other than English. While the avatars look promising, and the results vary in quality, in my opinion, it's not worth the money. Unfortunately, I have four more days to use the credits I bought, but their peculiar moderation policy and poor performance in my language make it challenging to create usable videos.
