Hey Product Hunt! I’m Alex, solo founder of SRP.

I’ve spent most of my career running small engineering + service teams. The pattern was always the same: we had a project tool for the team, a separate HR/leaves thing, a calendar, docs in Drive...and then a completely different world for clients. They never saw our actual boards, so we spent a stupid amount of time answering "what’s the status?" and writing long weekly recap emails.

SRP started as a general "all-in-one workspace for small teams". After a small launch and a lot of conversations, it became obvious that nobody wakes up thinking "I need yet another project management tool." The real pain was the gap between internal work and what clients can see.

So I narrowed the scope and built SRP around that bridge:

Your team works in tasks, boards, calendar, leave, etc.

You create a portal per client, scope it to a task view/iteration, and choose what they can see.

Clients get a single link (optionally passcode-protected) where they can check progress, deadlines, and delivered work without logging into your team’s tools.

Design goals: fast, clean, simple UI; unlimited client viewers; no per-seat pricing. I’d rather support a small team plus all their clients than meter every external eyeball.

I’d love feedback from agencies, studios, and small service teams. Does this match the way you currently keep clients in the loop? What’s missing or confusing?
