You've been at your desk for six hours. Haven't had water since breakfast. Neck locked in one position, eyes dry from the screen. You didn't even notice until now. HealthyNotch lives quietly in your Mac's notch and nudges you before it gets that far: stand up, drink water, blink, stretch. No dock icon, no logging, no dashboards. One-time payment, lifetime access, no subscription.

Honestly wasn't expecting much but it works...
Been using this for a bit now and it's genuinely helped. i'm one of those people who just... forgets to drink water or move for hours when i'm heads down working. this thing sits in the notch and gives you a little nudge, doesn't nag, no dashboard to babysit. felt way more hydrated and my neck wasn't as stiff by end of day. also a one time payment which is nice, don't need another subscription eating at me every month. worth it if you're at a desk all day like me
one-time payment for this kind of app is the right call, subscription fatigue is real for something this small in scope. question though - a lot of devs run an external monitor most of the day with the laptop lid closed or off to the side, so there's no notch in view at all. does it fall back to a menu bar icon or something similar when there's no physical notch, or is the whole experience built around that specific UI space?
Hey, this is something i might actually use. I also experience the hyper focus and forgetting to do basic human needs. My favorite thing is the "look 25 ft away from the screen". I also like the the face, makes it easy to understand if I am taking care of myself.
minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
I think this is kind of an innovative product for PH, especially because it is about health :)
@busmark_w_nika Thank you so much
I'm excited to bring something genuinely useful to PH, especially in the health space
