I realised that health is not only about your workouts, or diet, it is about a lot more. Doing a workout a day and then sitting on your desk inactive doesn't work. Having only high protein food doesn't work. Having good food but not having water doesn't work. Doing everything else right but not sleeping to recover doesn't work, and this is only about your physical health directly. Reading, journaling, gratitude, are some of the things that are required for your mental and emotional health as well, and I need one place to see and do it all. Tracking food using claude became super easy. Using widget to log water ensured I logged and tracked my water intake. Getting hourly reminders to get off my ass and move around even if its just 200 steps an hour got me more active throughout the day. Journaling, writing down the good and the bad, thanking the small things and the bigger things made me more optimistic, and now I want to share this with more people hoping to make them be the best they can be today.
