The keyboard comes up by itself when you fold. - With a hardware keyboard in that pose, the whole lower screen becomes a panel of large keys. - Fully open, your Mac fills the inner screen. Held like a book, the control bar moves to the side. - Closed, the outer screen works on its own. - Nothing is drawn across the fold.
