I want to share why this exists. A few years ago I started losing people close to me. When my closest friend died, I found myself suddenly being "the adult in the room" — the one families leaned on to get things done. Fast. Correctly. While grieving. One of the first tasks was the funeral program. It sounds simple — names, dates, photos, a short biography. On any normal day it would take an hour. But grief takes away your ability to be normal. At 2am, I sat in front of blank templates making second-guesses on every font, every layout, every word. My reasoning was gone. But the deadline wasn't. The same thing happened when my grandmother died. Same pressure. Same 2am design crisis. Same unnecessary weight on top of real loss. That's when I couldn't ignore the pattern: funeral programs are administrative work, but grief makes them mountains. I built HavenlySent to remove that one thing. Not to fix grief. Not to speed up healing. Just to eliminate the 2am design crisis so families can spend that time on what actually matters — the memories, the people, being present. Families design for free.
